Combat Frenzy Skill Gem

I cannot find the combat frenzy skill gem. It has completely disappeared from the game. Can someone please help?

Are you using an Uncut Spirit Gem?

I'm using gems that are available to cut like I do all other uncut gems. The combat frenzy skill gem is just not showing anywhere

There is an Uncut Skill Gem, Uncut Spirit Gem, and Uncut Support Gem. To get Combat Frenzy, you need an Uncut Spirit Gem (at least Tier 8).

But would that keep me from completely seeing it with all the other listed gems or category of gyms? It isn't showing up at all. I can see every other gym that I don't have...why can't I see it. Also, my charged staff isn't procting when I have power charges. This is totally keeping me from completing my build.
