POE 2 LAG Of DOOM

hello,
i have been having an extreme issue with latency and my ping being in excess of 3,000 displayed on "network", til it kicks me from the game or dashboards me. my closest server is Canada east, i believe.

i have the latest xbox with a 450mbs download isp, a g11 monitor. i would like to play the game on my desktop, a hearty system ran by a Threadripper pro 64, bridged 2x 4090s with a liquid cooled system, maxxed Ram....  but with the amount of code that strings in the game to ad infinitum, i'm afraid to hurt my $20,000 rig- as the game is not stable to play on even xbox.

What can I do to stop this from happening? like right this moment, my network is reading (in game) 45-1600, til it boots me from the game. making it completely unplayable.. and here i literally just upgraded my supporters package less than an hour ago.

please help me be able to play this game on my xbox without the killer lag of doom. I want to stream content of the game on twitch, im small w 200 followers, but to show them the game when the frames drop to 3/second would be murder.

what can i do? ive called and called my isp- reset my router, factory reset it, upgraded my internet, got a new router. emailed the company of which they said "we do not have email support" like how do you not have support for a game????? like i'm doing everything on my end to play this game and it's still not . Please help.
