Screen glitches and server errors during 2 tier 11 runs

I was doing a delirium run using a tier 11 waystone that was fully buffed. I was dropped from the first run due to a Path of Exile server error. Not thrilled, but I accepted it and logged back in. I lost the entire map run and couldn't restore it. I reluctantly tried again with a new tier 11 waysstone, but the game started glitching again about 5 mins into the new run, and then I died because I was only getting a frame every five seconds. I tried to get a portal to get out of the map, but it said I couldn't open a portal when the game was paused (it wasn't paused - it was just glitching every 5 seconds). I lost experience and two tier 11 waystones. I'm not happy that I can't be compensated for the experience or at least the lost waystones (took a long time to get them). Please, please fix these issues, or I am done playing this game. For the record, it was not my PC. I had several all things open, and they were running, and my GPU and CPU was not even breaking a sweat.
