PS5 (game crashed) Ref# 4002101804

Hi, started a waypoint on the atlas, was doing a world boss. As soon as I entered the map, not even 1 sec after moving, the game froze and then crashed. It brought me to the main menu. I tried going back on the same character but it wouldnt let me and was saying there was an issue. I literally had to go on another character, just so i can them go back on the character I was playing. Also, I lost the world boss instance I was doing. This is not the first time this has happened. Were 2025 and to think that this game has no option were if your game crashes, when you go back on, you can go back to the dame instance. Makes sense to me and thats fair.
