Right stick not aiming correctly

Ever since the 0.1.1 patch, the right stick's behavior on the controller has been broken. My character will point in the right direction but skills that use that "aiming" will go off in the direction of the left stick instead.

Right stick overriding the Left stick's direction for skill aiming was working perfectly until this latest update. Now it's unusable.
