I can't get answer from support in 2 weeks

Why no one is responding in support, i have waited 2 weeks for the answer, unable to play. I managed to collect all information for support and that's it, i did not get any message back. Does anybody also have this problem with support? Or I'm just really unlucky with it?

As per a recent announcement, we've had a massive amount of players logging into Path of Exile 2 since launch and unfortunately, such a huge influx of players also generates an enormous amount of support requests. Despite the Support teams best efforts, we're currently looking at turn around times that are much longer than expected on new emails, where we'd usually be aiming for responses within the same day, if not the same hour. If you have submitted a ticket with the Support team, please do not send follow up messages to check on the status of your request, as this can create further delays. Please be assured that if you're waiting for a response from our Support team, they'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
