Is GGG Support actually answering someone back?

Ok so have sent an email 12/12/24...
since then i have tryed multiple time to reach the support To this day i still haven´t heard from them... (Yes i´ve checked the spam folder) I cannot verify my account because it´s linked to an old email... and cannot fix this Is this normal? How long have you guys been waiting for a reply? I'm waiting for my email address change since the 28th of November.
Somehow my gmail account stopped receiving automated GGG emails with unlock codes and email change link. The last support message was on the 22th of December. |
