Unable to access Trial of the Sekhemas for the first time

I’m in act II, lvl 26. I have killed “the traitor” and “Ascent to power” quest line. I used the map to travel to Trial, but I can’t enter the location. When I press and hold the X button to crate new instance, nothing happens.
