T-Shirt & Hoodie! NO REPLY FOR OVER MONTHS FROM SUPPORT!

Hi,

I ordered the supperter pack on 2nd of December and have not recieved the goods or had any shipping update. I have contacted support multiple times but am not getting any response.. I have messaged through the site on messages and emailed directly 6 times..

I feel like started a forum is the only way you guys may respond..

Can you update me as it has been months without anything..

I also wait for about 3 months now.
Solution for me was: I just gave up, stopped playing their game and def my last money I threw out of my window for the sake of good will. Learning is fun!
I am still waiting for a response!!

This is ridiculous!

I have not received any update.

Surely you guys should prioritize the customer support tickets who spent a lot of money for a product. Which i have yet to receive..

Similar situation here. Bought the t-shirt pack early Jan. Haven’t gotten it. Not a huge deal. Just give me an update but they never gave me one so I reached out to support. Got an initial reply to ask for my info but silence since, even after reaching out a second time.

I really want to keep supporting ggg and get the next pack but I absolutely refuse to until I know it is safe to get the hoodie. Because at this point, I was charged for something I never received and gotten no updates.

Please help us 3 out here! At least contact your support guys to reach out to us as a priority as we are paying customers and not just putting tickets in about game related issues.
80 days since I purchased the $500 supporter pack. Still waiting on my physical items also. Yes I've contacted support@grindinggear.com. I had zero problem supporting GGG. Fast Forward to Today I WILL NEVER SUPPORT GGG AGIAN.
