PoB Config for born under fire / kaom's binding?

I am trying to figure out what my max physical hit is if I wear kaoms binding and born under fire ascendancy passive, but it looks like PoB doesn't have configuration to tell that the monster is nearby therefore converting 75% of phys hit to fire. I can't see any 'nearby' config in the configurations, and changing the belt from none to kaoms binding doesn't increase my phys max hit. The mod shows up in blue suggesting that PoB has implemented handling for it...

Otherwise there is also the "Configuration" Box where you could write something like "50% of physical damage taken as fire damage".

No nearby enemy conversion to fire is different to that stat and it doesn't stack additively with it.
