Boss bug

I have a problem with bossen in tier 3, after killing the boss, the book that adds 40 spirit does not fall out and it is not marked as completed on the map, please help because I don't want to create a character from scratch.

100 spirit means you've already gotten all the spirit bonuses in the acts. The unfinished Ignagduk icon in Act 6 is just a visual bug.
