This company is a joke

Seriously. Locked acc for 2 months, lost 150€.
Actually insane

I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times.

As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. We'll do our best to get back to your request as soon as possible, and we appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
2 months. And you are still not prioritizing Critical issues like this. Still no auto reply to warn people to not respond to the ticket to ask for updates. No one should entrust ggg with their money.
Several of us have account locked access issue.
It should be a priority for a company since paid customers cannot access their product at all. They just don't give an F.

Personally for me, it has been a month. They said there is a queue and I don't there is at all. They said they are ramping up their team, and I don't think they are doing that too either.

All they do is, locked the forum posts, delete them, fill with generic bots to reply.
