Trial of Sekhemas "awards a pledge" room has ambiguous rewards

In this reward screen to choose from, I can't tell if 'Sanguine Vial' will be a relic that I can use for a later Trial or if it's the name of a boon that I will get for the next room (I'm on final room before boss fight). Please clarify which options are which if you could, as I'm hemming and hawing over which one to go with now, make my next trial 30% easier (huge!) or end up having it just nerf the boss fight which I don't need and lose out on 3 boons to make it really easy by comparison etc.
