Fix cast on block skill description

CAST ON BLOCK (GAIN 250 ENERGY WHEN YOU BLOCK. No idea where you’ve gone wrong to gut this skill to make it so unusable GGG. Nowhere near the amount of energy gained as the skill claims (250). I’ve seen many complaints about this and I still don’t understand why it is in the current horrible state that it is. Fix the skill or fix the skill description, or if left in its current state, include at the end, “ the above skill description is just deception that will waste your time as you lvl a character to 78 to test this and it will only provide a meme-worthy fraction of the listed energy gains.”
