1 visual and 1 audio issue today

This first was earlier in Keth in A3 Cruel along the towers, the floors would disappear. The issue was isolated to just during that run through.

The second happened just a bit ago while I went back to the original A3 to Aggorat to sacrifice the heart. While at the city center where the festival is taking place, the audio dropped and became an annoying single toned dance beat type sound. I finished what I was doing, logged off, verified it is the game and not my system and went to do some other things for a short bit. I then came back to play again and the awful sound continues. No other game sounds exist. I took a 30 second video and posted the link below.
