EPIC Not Allowing Launch

i redeemed the key (a gift key) on EPIC
downloaded the game after it appeared in library when i launched, it asked for link access with EPIC account, which i allowed after that, the game does not allow login, and says i do not have early access key the screenshots clearly show i have redeemed the key via EPIC transactions however, the website says its an invalid key and when i try to redeem it again on EPIC website, it says the key has been used before please help with this issue, since i have seen quite a few posts about the same issue with no reply from staff  -------------------------------------------  -------------------------------------------  -------------------------------------------  Last bumped on Feb 15, 2025, 4:02:45 PM

Steam/Epic keys only unlock the game client in the Steam/Epic library, they do not provide early access and should not be given away.

Hi there, it sounds like you may have only redeemed an Epic Client Key instead of an Early Access Key. As mentioned by seaman#4993, the Epic Client Key is solely to grant your account the Path of Exile 2 client in the Epic library, and does not grant access to the early access itself.
I'm afraid if this is the case, you will need to apply a PC Early Access Key to your account to gain access. You redeem these here and after doing so you can obtain your own Steam and Epic Client Keys from your early access page. The Steam and Epic Client Keys are not supposed to be given away, which is indicated by the warning shown on the early access page after purchase, stating that they should not be given away.
