Map is not opening

Just started map. Then i fast portaled to seller right from the map. When i back to hideout - there were no portals (i used no one before). When i tried to start new waystone - it disappeared, but portals are not opened. Instead i got message:


like: Activation unsuccessful. Unable to open portal to selected area.

2 good waystones ruined. Need to investigate this issue. Also sometimes when i opened map and exited - it does not remains for next session.
