Zealous Inquisition Area

The Witchhunter's Zealous Inquisition has a pretty large explosion whenever it activates, I'm just wondering if general Area of Effect nodes increase its size or if it's set in stone?

I guess the same goes for other kinds of nodes such as physical damage effecting it too, if anyone knows.
