Just bought some Gold through the game

I bought 200 and 100 gold to use on the stash sale thats going on right now, but I only have 20 gold on my account instead of 300.

Its unreal, that I'm still waiting for this to be fixed, 280 Gold still missing, got an answer from Support 3 days after my 1st mail, where they asked for my username and some character names, ALTHOUGH, I already put this information in my original mail, which makes me believe no one really reads anything, and it was just an automatic response no reply ever since, this is really lame, Jonathan apologized for the lousy support the last few weeks in a video the other day, but nothing has changed at all it seems, I'm still pissed that I missed the last stash sale because of that, the only reason I bought the gold in first place, please speed this up.
