How to avoid servers with russians ?

I'm playing on Amsterdam server. but the only language i see in chat from players is russian. What i need to do to play with other [Removed by Support] people [Removed by Support]???

change to a different global chat channel
/global (number) server doesn't matter as far as i know. |

Also in the settings there is an option "Chat language is the same as the game language" - it may help.
