Trialmaster tower door bugged

put 3 fates in. door will not open. Really nice when I paid 200ex for the fates.............. siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh. shouldn't have endgame content bug like this when people are spending hard earned in game currency to run content. extremely disappointed.
