Settings getting changed/defaulted POE1 and POE2

After patch 0.1.1c some strange things happened when it came to binds and settings. In POE2 all my character skill binds were reset to default including settings such as mana/life numbers not showing up. Even the graphics options were changed. I logged into POE1 and there too some settings were changed like gateway set to auto and Mana/Life numbers toggle off. Not sure what's happening to settings being changed automatically when I do not change it. Happening in both games.
