Titan Grotto Boss Arena Bug

When fighting the boss in the grotto (which is rather hard IMHO as the behavior is more unpredictable than other bosses) the game on PS5 crashes.
Regularly with the boss being hammered down to below 10% (which really sucks).
Anybody experiencing the same habit?
