poe1 perfomance issue

specs: 3080ti, 9800x3D
renderer: vulkan

problem: infinite loading screen with pc massively slowed down. "only" option is hard reset. using ctrl + alt + del freezes whole screen for many minutes until you get timed out from whatever you tried loading into (took almost 10min). Mouse is super slow/1fps during this.

solution (hopefully) was switching to Dx12. no issue loading into any campaign zone, or multiple maps.

Just wanted to post this if anyone else stumbled upon this and is looking for solution. I've always used vulkan on previous cpus (i7 8700k and 5800x3D) as it was way better for me (no crashes), but after format + upgrade vulkan is 100% unusable now.
