Burning monolith Crash

Went to Burning Monolith put in my three fragments started the fight and the game crashed before I even did a point of damage to him. I walked over he said his bit flames then bam desktop. When I logged back in I was in my hideout waypoints closed, and the fragments gone... I'm rather upset to say the least. GGG you don't make it easy to get the fragments and for them to get eaten due to a crash hurts...
