Sick of the crashes

Hey I constantly crash, maybe every 30 minutes or so and usually a different type of crash. Mostly frustrating as the fog of war reappears after a crash and I have no clue where I have been in a map.

But most infuriatingly I just killed the boss of The Copper Citadel and before the loot dropped, again I crashed.... now upon logging in I can't get to the loot because the bridge between the dreadnaught and the boss room is disconnected.

Nothing feels worse than spending hours and hours finding the citadel then not being able to get the fragment(s) :|
