Feature Request: Allow interacting with notifications

Hi, this is a feature request for consoles. I frequently get a notification such as "Xyz wants to trade, open <button> to view", or "You have levelled up, open <button> to spend the skill point". I would like to see a shortcut added to these notifications (such as holding down the "Open inventory button" instead of simply pressing it) that allows immediately navigating or accepting them.
