Trade site active live search not working

Active live search does not function 98% of the time, was working fine until about 16 hours ago. Now most of the time nothing will show and you get an error message.

After opening new window or reloading it will rarely allow it to work, but literally only once every hundred or so times.


update: it is now working for me again, but I have heard of others having the same issues.
