I have a personal idea, or maybe someone has already mentioned something similar.

1. How about implementing an item valuation system so that every item has a minimum price or value that players could ask for in trades? Some items have a roughly known value, but it’s often too imprecise. On PlayStation, it’s difficult to research prices.

2. More players would stay in the game if there were more boss events based on tier levels. Running dungeons all the time gets monotonous—Diablo made the same mistake. Raid bosses, for example, that take longer to kill without instantly one-shotting players, and require multiple players to defeat, would be a lot of fun.

3. Maybe introduce a large city where players can meet and see each other, instead of everyone just staying in their hideout.
