Cast on Shock - Lightning Conduit Not Reflecting Bonus Spell Levels from Wand - Gamepad

Playing on PC - If I log in to play with the controller, Lightning Conduit, added to Cast on Shock, does not benefit from my Gemling Gem level bonus, nor the +3 to all lightning spell levels from my wand.

If I log in with my mouse and keyboard as the default control setting, Lightning Conduit gains the appropriate levels based on my Gemling bonus and my equipped wand.

This is a signigicant downgrade in power just for using the controller. Please fix.
