Quad stash tab upgrade question

When I was new to the game, I wasn't aware of quad tabs. Due to this, i purchased quite a few premium tabs

Does anyone know if there are plans to release a quad tab upgrade in the future or of a route to converting tabs to quad tabs for a fee currently?

It's rough not having much time to play the game, but then when getting time, needing to spend most of that time sorting through items rather than playing the game

Has been requested for years, i'm not aware about any statement from GGG about it, so guess fair to assume there are no plans for it
