PoE2 on Ps5 Loot inaccessible

I play on the ps5 and started fine but after entering act 3 the items that drop only show up for a few seconds then the name dissappears and I can't pick them up. I can see the items on the ground but no way to interact with them. It escalated to where there were never any names on the items but I get the sounds that they drop and flashes for unique.

There was an update that changed some things. It added an eyeball in the hotkey slot that used to be the chat hotkey. Add a hotkey to your hot bar with the eyeball. If the eyeball is open, all loot is shown. If the eyeball is closed, they stop showing after a few seconds. Just open the eyeball.

This also helps when you have a screen full of items that aren't showing up where they are on the ground, and u can't pick it up even though you have it highlighted. If you close and open the eyeball it will rearrange the loot placement highlights on the ground accurately and you will be able to pick things up again
