My biggest Problem on Console and a possible solution

My biggest Problem while playing on PS5 is being forced to be rude. I hate being rude but the clunky functionalty of the controller when it comes to any sort of using Text literally forced me to be rude. Why that?

When trading in PoE1 for several years now there is a way to interact in a polite way:
1) ask for trade
2) wait for invitation and go to HO (NEVER sent any invitations)
3) wait for trade started by seller
4) trade and WRITE Ty, t4t, thx whatever. Just write something to express your appreciation. Right?

In PoE2 its mainly always messed up. You get invitations without ppl asking for a trade, when ppl are in ur HO they start the trade even if ur just got out of ur Map. etc pp.
But most Ppl say Thx and I am the one who didnt write anything. Why?

Because the Controller made me hate writing. I have to press multiple buttons to just get into the UI for even typing text. Then it took me years to write something. Even if I just use t4t ....

The Solution is easy: GGG just give us an easy Interface which allows us to save 3-5 standard textlines. Like Thanks for trade - Sorry sold - Dont trade me if you just got in my HO .... something like this. Then a easy way to just trigger then with 2 buttons instead of being forced to press like a dozen ...
Shouldnt be too complicated and would make trading much more civilised.

On xbox u can use the xbox app on the phone to type, but even then it takes a few presses to get there. I have used it when I have needed it. (When someone has asked for a discount on an item and we haggle a little). But generally I avoid it to type 'ty'.

I got so bored with this issue I bought a Logitech k400+ which is by my side at all times. It’s cheap, it’s really useful (not just for Poe) and works with everything I’ve plugged it’s included dongle into (Xbox,pc,media player etc).
