Can you wear an Item while still posting it for sale?

Hey Folks, i just found some Information about that Topic but its all kinda outdated i think, is it possible to use an Item and still posting it for Sale?
I've corrupted my Dream Fragments and want to sell it, but until its sold i want to use it otherwise i cant play the Game haha
Anyone who can tell me if thats possible?

You can't use the "open to public" on the premium stash tab to sell the item for that purpose.
It must be in the "item list" or the system cannot see the item in the first place.

What if an "on sale" tag is tagged with an item itself (non-listed) ?
The system MUST check if a specific item actually exists every once in a certain interval or action.
It will add a certain amount of data transfer in the whole bandwidth. (not really a good system design I suppose ? It's like you make a phone call every few steps, asking "where are you now ?".)

I think it would be reasonable to manage the item list or listed items separately (a sub system) from the main system.
