Support Response
GGG made a statement a while back about support tickets and so I'm curious; has anyone received a valid response on their own inquiries?
I purchased a support package that included physical items and haven't received them or any notification of shipment and/or their whereabouts. I messaged support a few weeks after the purchase just to get an update but it's been almost two months since then. I've taken a break until the next major patch release and consider it a loss but I'm just genuinely curious how things have been going for other players in this regard. I have been waiting since December 15th for a response to an account merge. I was contacted one time about 6 weeks later to ask for more info, which I provided, and it has been radio silence since. I just got fed up and sent a whole new request today, maybe whatever automated system they clearly have filtering things lost the first one, who knows man.
