Quest Spirit Bug?

I have completed THE KING OF THE MIST and THE BOG WITCH for the 60 spirit. My character page says I have 60 spirit however my skills page reads only 25 spirit. I have removed all gear and ability gems (both ones that cost spirit and ones that do not require it). My Spirit still reads 25 on the skills tab. Character is a witch. Is there a simple fix to this or did I miss something? A bug perhaps?
