premium quad stash tab is missing
I just bought a premium quad stash tab and it just overwrote the one I already had. This is the second time I've bought a premium tab and it just overwrote the one I already had. No response to support email for weeks. Why are you selling a product if we can't use it and support doesn't respond?

Do you play on both PC and PS5?
Purchases, including stash tabs, can't be shared between Playstation and other platforms. If you buy a stash tab on PS5, it shows as a remove-only tab on PC (and vice versa); if you then buy the same tab on the other platform, then the tab will be available on both platforms rather than having a usable tab and a remove-only tab on both. |

As previously explained here in the thread, it is intended that purchasing a new stash tab will remove the restrictions on an existing Remove Only tab, if one exists, instead of creating a new tab.
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...

Can you show this point in the agreement? Where is it indicated so that the player can read it before buying? I did not find it. Players and I are among them spend real money on something that does not work and is not indicated anywhere, technical support cannot respond for more than 2 months
