Yes, I am aware that there is an announcement that the GGG team is busy and that you will try to get back to me as fast as possible.
I have already emailed multiple times, with no reply since 16 January, for a locked account that was locked for no reason. Some people on the forums appear to be getting their accounts unlocked and/or receiving replies in some of the few very rare instances. Is it possible to get in touch with someone directly without receiving a pre-generated/bot message? Or if not can I please have a refund until your studio is able to let me play the game that I paid for? Thank you kindly. Last bumped on Feb 13, 2025, 8:23:12 PM

Please let me know if you can help get it unlocked as I do love GGG and love the game. If the team is otherwise too busy, could you please provide a time frame for when I can expect a reply? If it is too long I would like to see if I can get a refund for the game until I can play again. I am concerned it is taking way too long. Thanks once again.
