Game Crashes mid Map (probably weapon swap) POE2

unfortunately cant play my charakter anymore,
as every second map, the game freezes, logs out and the portals to the map are closed.
probably related to weapon swap and cast on freeze but idk.
will be back to the game when its hopefully fixed
