micro transaction

so i alredy make email message to support for trying to get refund for this microtransaction
for early reply is very good because its kinda fast to respond for support
but the thing is, after i respond for username and character name
support not respond after that

what i should do now?
i wanted to refund my microtransaction on my account
there is item that i want to refund name :
- Settlers Mystery Box ( didnt realise it cant opened now because i bought it on website)
- Demonic Ghoul Character Effect ( wrong purchase )

my username account is : ATHERNOT#8753
my character name : Athernot, Atherz

its very helpful if i can get refund from this
