No Support Response After 7 Weeks
My Early Access points were assigned to the wrong linked account (they should have gone to this account, omik#6656). I've emailed Support about this FIVE times since the beginning of December.
Support's last email response was December 22nd, and I immediately provided them the information they requested. Since then, I have not heard back from them even after checking in another ~2 times. I'm essentially out $30 and support seems to have no interest in helping or even offering a simple update. What is going on? This has really soured my experience with the game and unfortunately I'll likely stop recommending it to friends if this continues to go unresolved. Last bumped on Feb 13, 2025, 7:31:14 PM
