Support dont answer since december 19.

So i got hacked, than i message support and they told me to change everything and locked my account, i did change everything and message them back with proofs of payment's, since than i got 0 emails from GGG, im just asking if anyone from support reading this, how much more days i need to get unlocked. Also i got hacked by admin account without acess to my email or steam. Im so dissapoint in all this situation.
