Unable to get in contact with support via email at all

hi, i got in contact with support via email(support@grindinggear.com like listed on your website) last month about certain questions and issues regarding my Liberator of Wraeclast bundle, i got in contact with a rep and then got ghosted, i have not heard back since. I've sent more emails from then to now but nothing. may i have Help plz? Is the email for support not the right one??

I'm having the same issue. I've been ghosted since January 23 regarding an accidental purchase from a transaction time out error. The last email asked for my account info and a few of my character's names, I responded with the info on the same day and haven't heard back.
