Picking up items

After the update I’ve not been able to pick up any items. I can see the items on the floor but don’t see a name above and I’m not able to pick anything up. I’ve changed my item filter checked my settings but can’t seem to work anything out, I’m on Xbox console.

That is a problem with PC too when using controller.. I have to restart the game and use mouse and keyboard to see the items on the ground again.. Very annoying especially I like playing this game via a Xbox controller...
