killed everything in IRON CITADEL didnt get map complete

RAN IRON CITADEL with me and GoatSage and cleared half of the map before killing boss and then went back to clear the rares and didnt get the map completed. got the quest completed from boss but lost the map clear. spent 10 minutes running around map saying 1 monster remains and no monsters were left to kill.
