Killed bosses, but was been disconnected.

I killed three ritual bosses and 1 expedition boss, after which I simply disconnected, the loot I collected disappeared, I can't go back either, since there are simply no portals, is that normal?
Just resources to nowhere.
There was a disconnect after each of the bosses.
