Map fog of war resetting bug

Fog of war resets after every port to town or upon entering a new area, grabbing waypoints and returning to previous area. Apologies if this bug has been reported previously. Thanks!

What has worked for me to fix it is to start POE 1, leave town and walk a little way. Then go back and start POE 2 again. Your broken map won’t be fixed, but the next one should be.

Thank you for your response! Don't have POE1 and don't plan on playing it as POE2 is taking up enough of my gaming time haha. But appreciate it and hope it helps other people out. Devs lets get this patched pls, ty!
