Map completions not working properly

I think this started today, 2 maps got bricked, the last one was the Iron Citadel and the other one was Crypt, pathing to the Citadel. I ran around the maps multiple times searching for bosses but they were all dead, went back to log in screen and nothing changed. So that's it, just finished the Iron Citadel and map progress did not work, spent the whole day pathing to it...
