Poor download speeds (<1 mbps)

PC having poor download speeds of <100kbps, speedtests to nodes in auckland are around 130mbps and locally (singapore) is >700mbps
other applications like steam etc are downloading fine. Is there a setting I've missed? Already restarted the PC as well as tried uninstall/reinstalling POE2. Last bumped on Feb 12, 2025, 8:38:36 AM

update: speed fixed itself. now steady 20MB/s on the patcher.
