Items Missing

I was just doing maps and this issue just happened about 15 minutes ago. The items disappear if I don't pick it up. I tried removing loot filter and I can't still find the items on the ground. I tried restarting but still I don't see the items.

Update: This looks like it only happens when I use controller. I restarted the game and used mouse and keyboard and I can see the items on the ground again.
Then I switched back using controller and then the issue is back again. Issue is easily reproducible. |

Issue is still happening as of today. I really prefer to play via controller in PC.
